I. PURPOSE

Provide Level 1 onsite network support for incidents and service requests to the assigned client

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

  • Accomplish all assigned tasks by the management in a timely and effective manner as deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization as a whole.

Service Operations Management - Event & Monitoring Management

  • Provide assistance and immediate support related to Network issue.
  • Monitor network infrastructure and device health and performance.
  • Monitor utilization of devices including health check and bandwidth

Service Operations Management

  • Perform fixes and solutions on incidents based on documented procedures.
  • Implement service requests based on documented procedures. Service Operations Management - Problem Management
  • Perform fixes and solutions to problems. Change Management
  • Execute changes based on published MOP (Methods of Procedure).

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

  • Must be a graduate of Computer Studies/Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

B. Minimum Experience/Training

  • 1 year working experience in a Network Support Engineer environment

Trainings & Certifications Requirement is a plus

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Routing and Switching
  • Wireless

Training & Certification Development is a plus

Technical Training

  • Windows Admin
  • Linux Admin
  • Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Routing and Switching
  • Wireless
  • Cisco Firewall
  • Fortinet Firewall Management Training
  • 6 Cs of Customer Service

IV. Competency

  • With experience in coordinating with partners and clients is an advantage
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Must be proactive when identifying potential issues
  • Must show strong & effective coaching capabilities
  • Must show strong customer management skills
  • Must prepare well-organized and comprehensive reports tailored to its audience
  • Able to effectively assess tasks & risks to prioritize work
  • Able to approach a complex task by breaking it down into its component parts and considering each part in detail
