Responsibilities

  • Help set up, configure, and maintain network devices and systems
  • Monitor network performance and quickly assist in fixing issues
  • Support users with network-related concerns or connection problems
  • Document network setups, updates, and changes
  • Assist in implementing network security measures and policies
  • Work with senior engineers on network upgrades and improvement projects
  • Keep track of network equipment and tools
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related IT/network role
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and network protocols
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • CCNA certification is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
