We are looking for a skilled Development Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to M3 GLT (Graphical Lot Tracker)—a product designed to provide comprehensive traceability across the supply chain. This solution is especially critical in manufacturing industries such as food and beverage, where lot traceability is critical for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Based in our Manila office, you will be part of a diverse, highly skilled, international team that includes application experts from various backgrounds. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Engaging in requirements analysis and stakeholder discussions
• Analyzing and resolving bug tickets
• Developing conceptual and detailed solution designs
• Collaborating daily with business analysts, quality analysts, and software developers
• Ensuring quality assurance and supporting test automation
• Documenting new features
• Conducting demos, presentations, and training sessions for stakeholders
• Leading and coordinating efforts for new feature development
• Assessing the impact of M3 functionality enhancements on GLT
• Providing feedback and support to team members

What You Will Need

• Demonstrated success in business analysis, with strong problem-solving skills and a background in engineering, systems science, or a related field
• Genuine interest in business processes, ERP solutions, and software development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving complex problems
• Leadership skills to drive development items toward set goals
• Positive attitude toward challenges and a love for continuous learning
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A team player with the capability to work independently

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical industry processes
• Experience of or interest in software design and development
• Skills in system design, quality assurance, and database management
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Java programming sufficient to read and understand code.
