We're hiring a confident and proactive Sales & Outreach Executive based in the Philippines to work with an international (non-Philippines) collectibles company. This is a contract role, fully remote, where you'll focus on finding and reaching out to new clients, distributors, and partners worldwide.

You'll work in the GMT+2 shift (3PM–12AM PH time, Monday–Friday), opening doors, starting conversations, and driving opportunities forward. If you're passionate about pop culture (video games, anime, collectibles, movies, etc.), you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads (retailers, distributors, licensors, influencers).
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Write professional, persuasive client communication.
  • Follow up with leads, set appointments, and hand off opportunities.
  • Track outreach activity and maintain CRM records.
  • Support the sales team with presentations and proposals.
  • Stay plugged into pop culture trends to speak the client's language.
Requirements
  • Based in the Philippines, available to work 3PM–12AM PH time (GMT+2).
  • 1–2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confident communicator who can adapt tone depending on audience.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and target-driven.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of pop culture, gaming, anime, or collectibles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, or outreach tools.
  • Experience working with international clients.
