Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred (This is a MUST)

Proficient with MS Excel

Advanced MS Excel proficiency including VBA skills required

Familiarity with Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting procedures

Prior bookkeeping experience is mandatory

Experience n SAP System high advantage

Keen to details, analytic and dedicated

Monday to Friday work schedule (On-site reporting)

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in preparation of profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports

· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such general ledger accounts and document business transactions.

· Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

· Monitor and generate report of Account Payable trade and Accounts Receivable

· Process, monitor execute payment to all vendors, suppliers etc.,

· Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases and manual filing system.

· Assist the input and handling of financial data and reports for company's automated financial system.

· Assist in internal and external audits.
