  • Recording small business transactions, such as operating expenses.
  • Help organize and file invoices and other records for audit requirements.
  • Support in gathering and sorting financial documents for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial files and records.
  • Perform other finance-related support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to report onsite at Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
  • Can start by January 2026.
