  • Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, HALAL, and FDA documentation requirements
  • Manage a document control system for versioning, approvals, and audits
  • Support QA/QC, R&D, and Regulatory affairs in technical writing and reporting
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure proper documentation of processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
  • At least 2-5 years of documentation or QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
  • Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
