Job Summary

The Blistering Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring blister packaging machines to securely package products such as tablets, capsules, or medical devices. This role ensures that products are packaged in accordance with production schedules and quality standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Set up and operate blister packaging machines according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Load materials such as foil, PVC, and formed blisters into the machine.
  • Monitor packaging operations to ensure correct sealing, coding, and cutting of blister packs.
  • Inspect products during and after blistering for quality, correct labeling, and proper packaging.
  • Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance and minimize waste.
  • Perform in-process checks and document results (e.g., weight, seal integrity, print clarity).
  • Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, rejected items, and downtime.
  • Clean and maintain machines and work areas before and after each batch or product changeover.
  • Follow all GMP, safety, and hygiene protocols during operations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or quality issues to supervisors.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any technical vocational course.
  • At least 6 months of related work experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and render overtime when necessary.
  • Willing to work in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php600.00 per day
