We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator (OfficerLevel) to lead and manage the organization's network infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of all network systems, while overseeing day-to-day IT operations, managing junior IT staff, and ensuring proper implementation of IT policies and cybersecurity protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, network devices, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Oversee and manage network security measures, including firewall policies, VPN access, and intrusion prevention
  • Ensure network uptime and troubleshoot outages, connectivity issues, or system disruptions
  • Supervise junior IT staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage network hardware, software updates, and ensure proper documentation of configurations
  • Implement and enforce data protection, backup, and recovery protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and escalations
  • Monitor and improve network performance and recommend upgrades or enhancements
  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with internal IT policies
  • Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues from end-users and business units

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field

At least 2-3 years of solid experience in network administration, with supervisory or team lead experience

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools

Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA) are highly preferred

Telephony System

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

Willing to work on-site and handle field-related IT work, if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php40,000.00 per month
