The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative, resourceful and detail- oriented Marketing Associate who will play a vital role in strengthening Suu Balm and Vytle brands in the Philippines. This role ensures that all marketing initiatives are timely, consistent and premium quality, reflecting our brand standards while adapting to local market needs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

1.   Brand Alignment & Execution

• Make sure all marketing materials (digital and offline) follow regional guidelines but are adapted for the PH market.
• Keep brand look and feel consistent across retail, kiosks, digital, and social channels.

2.   Marketing Operations & Support

• Support channel heads by:

o  Producing and procuring marketing collaterals.

o  Building and maintaining a pool of reliable, cost-effective suppliers, printers, and vendors.

o  Planning and scheduling social media content across all channels.

o  Releasing marketing materials on time for campaigns and launches.

o  Checking quality of pre- and post-production items, displays, and printed assets.

3.   Digital Marketing & Content

• Create and manage digital posts for different platforms.
• Guide KOLs and affiliates on content and visuals.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements to strengthen brand presence.

4.   Innovation & Efficiency

• Use AI tools and the latest marketing software to improve productivity and creativity.
• Propose new ideas, suppliers, or methods to improve efficiency and quality.

What you'll need to succeed:

·       Background in graphic design and production (hands-on creative experience preferred).

·       Proficient in modern marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools).

·       Knowledge and confidence in using AI tools for design, content, and marketing automation.

·       At least 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG/FMCH, retail, or healthcare/beauty brands.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

·       Detail-oriented with a creative eye and a problem-solving mindset.
