About the Role

The Remote Content Marketing Associate role involves conceptualizing, creating, and managing SEO-driven content across multiple channels and formats to guide audiences from awareness to consideration and conversion, enhancing brand storytelling, organic visibility, and overall content marketing performance for The Men's Cave.

The ideal candidate excels in creating and managing content marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and boost conversions—all in a fully remote, 100% work-from-home setup that offers flexibility and autonomy to produce impactful SEO and content-driven results from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Conceptualisation: Develop and pitch content marketing ideas that align with campaign objectives, brand tone, and funnel stages, translating marketing goals such as product launches, category promotions, and brand storytelling into content series across video, editorial, and social formats.
• Content Production & Coordination: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce lifestyle-driven visual content, while managing content calendars, shoots, and deliverables across channels to maintain consistent brand messaging and high-quality content marketing output.
• Multi-channel Execution: Coordinate the creation of diverse content types, including SEO blog articles, short-form videos and reels, email newsletters, and website or product copy, ensuring each piece supports brand storytelling, audience engagement, and conversion-focused content marketing goals.
• SEO & Digital Alignment: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to produce SEO-optimised content that ranks for strategic keywords, using Google Search Console and GA4 analytics to identify opportunities for improving organic reach and search performance
• Website & Content Maintenance: Regularly update product listings, category pages, and blog content, writing and optimizing copy, videos, and visuals to drive better conversion and dwell time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication or other related field
• With 1-2 years of experience in Content Marketing or other relevant role
• Proven experience in multi channel content creation (video, blogging, social media)
• Familiarity with tools and softwares such as Canva/Adobe, Mailchimp/ Klaviyo, Ahrefs/ Semrush (for SEO) is an advantage
