Sourcing Team Leader

Responsibilities/Job Description:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online channels, social media, and networking; gather and maintain accurate data in the internal database.
  • Contact, qualify, and communicate with leads through calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Negotiate with potential suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements.
  • Prepare price analyses for product offers and maintain an updated supplier prospect database.
  • Meet daily/monthly quotas, collaborate with the team, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities and assigned tasks.
  • Provides support to team members with their tasks and escalations, ensures high-quality output, and supervises the team to maintain the desired performance level.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, motivation skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Flexible and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and willing to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Demonstrates analytical and creative thinking, and performs well under pressure.
  • Values teamwork, diversity, and integrity.
  • must have at least 1 year experience in supervisory position
