Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and production of various pasta dishes and pasta-based products according to standard recipes and production plans
  • Measure, portion, and prepare ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support bulk and batch cooking for commissary distribution
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw and finished food products
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and report shortages or spoilage to the supervisor
  • Properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment used in pasta production
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Head Cook or Commissary Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Experience in pasta preparation or commissary production is an advantage
  • Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
  • Willing to work in a commissary or production-based kitchen environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
