to support property marketing, sales processes, and CRM administration. Youll play a key role in launching listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing reports, and supporting agents with essential administrative tasks.

About The Role
Our Administrative Department is seeking an experienced and talented candidate to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for offering remote administrative support to the client. You will also be responsible for performing administrative tasks as and when required. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent listening skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Appraisal
- Process Referral and Internal Referral.
- Process Post Marketing Appraisal.
- Listing
- Add listing details into CRM (Agent Box).
- Send standard correspondence to Vendor (new listing).
- Send standard correspondence to Solicitor (new listing, contract, S32)
- Save all documentation to Google Drive.
- Marketing
- Book Photo and Copywriting.
- Launch property online.
- RealHub - Campaign (Board, Brochure, Drops and Window Cards).
- RealHub - Generate Rental Appraisal
- Managed OFI (Open for Inspection)
- Other Marketing Management.
- Sold
- Process Sold
- Send Vendor & Purchaser Solicitor Sold Letters
- Settlement
- Process Settlement on CRM
- Reports
- OFI Report
- Weekly Report
- Stock List Report
- Competitor Market Analysis Report
About You Requirements
- Graduate of Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting
- Real Estate administration experience of 2 years or more, servicing the Australian market, required
- Call handling experience in an office admin, receptionist or in a BPO set-up, of 1 year or more
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Very keen on details
- Shows a high level of initiative and intelligence
- Strong leadership skills
