About the Role

We're looking for an experienced META Paid Ads Expert to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of agency experience, preferably built within 1–2 workplaces, and a proven record of driving results through strategic media planning and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize META ad campaigns across multiple clients.
  • Analyze data to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests and refine creatives, audiences, and copy.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
  • Stay updated with the latest META trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on META Ads experience in an agency.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proven success managing multiple accounts and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
