Administration Support Role
The Administration Support role provides essential backend and operational assistance to ensure smooth business processes and timely delivery of client requirements. This role is focused on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and backend support for daily operations
Process and manage work order changes and updates
Close out tickets to ensure readiness for invoicing
Manage and respond to email correspondence with professionalism
Prepare and generate reports, proposals, and specification updates
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and compliance
Systems & Software Expertise
•Exo (ERP system)
CRM platforms
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in an administrative or operations support role
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools and adaptable to ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Exo, Salesforce, Zoho)
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence
Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and able to resolve issues independently or with minimal supervision
Collaboration: Works well in team settings, supporting both internal staff and client requirements
Value to Client
Ensures smooth and timely processing of work orders and invoicing
Enhances communication and coordination across departments
Maintains accurate reporting and documentation for business transparency
Provides reliable administrative support that improves operational efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
