Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the Enterprise Sales Manager in acquiring and managing enterprise and government accounts. This role combines administrative support, proposal preparation, CRM management, reporting and coordination of sales and marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations for the Enterprise Sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support to Enterprise Sales Manager
• Assist the Enterprise Sales Manager in day-to-day sales activities and account management.
• Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, presentations and business reviews.
• Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and communications with clients and internal teams.
• Track progress on sales targets, pipeline updates, and account action plans.
Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect records in the CRM system.
• Input new leads, update account details and monitor pipeline progress.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for sales and marketing events.
• Handle administrative documentation such as contracts, approvals and internal reports.
• Organize and maintain sales files, templates and reference materials for the team.
Proposal & Documentation Management
• Assist in creating professional, customized proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Ensure all proposals, follow-up documents and client communications are accurate, complete and delivered on time.
• Maintain a repository of sales templates, pricing sheets and standard documentation.
• Support in preparing detailed documentation for government or enterprise procurement submissions.
Reporting & Coordination
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, CRM dashboards, and pipeline updates.
• Track key account metrics and assist the Enterprise Sales Manager in performance analysis.
• Coordinate marketing blitzes, campaign activities, and follow-up tasks for enterprise and government prospects.
• Assist in preparing materials for business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive presentations.
• Liaise between internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or CRM management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems in reporting tool and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting enterprise or government sales teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, data management or enterprise software solutions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
