We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Assistant
to support our daily sales operations and help deliver excellent customer service. If you have strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for helping teams succeed, we'd love to meet you

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing orders.
  • Manage the company's CRM tool to prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the organization of sales events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant product or service information.
  • Perform other tasks necessary to support the sales team in achieving group goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
