About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Cybersecurity Officer (Junior Officer/Supervisor)
to join our System Operations team. The role is responsible for supporting the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating with Head Office and the Asia Pacific Corporate Function Coordination Department (APCF), and assisting in risk and vulnerability assessments. This role also involves providing IT operations support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation of various cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
  2. Liaise with Head Office and APCF on cybersecurity-related matters, ensuring timely coordination and compliance.
  3. Assist in the conduct of the annual
    Cyber Risk Assessment (CRA)
    and
    Vulnerability Assessment
    as required by Head Office.
  4. Provide IT operations support when needed, ensuring smooth systems performance and addressing cybersecurity-related incidents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of work experience
    in cybersecurity or a related IT security role.
  • Relevant
    Cybersecurity Certifications
    (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of
    network security protocols and concepts
    .
  • Familiarity with
    security tools and technologies
    , including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and anti-virus software.
  • Knowledge of
    Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
    .
  • Awareness of security standards and frameworks such as
    NIST
    and references from reputable organizations like
    Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISAC)
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
