About the Role

We are looking for a SIEM Associate Manager to lead, design, and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, data, and infrastructure. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership to ensure the integrity and resilience of security operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
  • Lead and manage a cybersecurity team to deliver high-quality performance and results.
  • Drive team decision-making and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and implement security controls and measures to protect computer systems, networks, and sensitive information.
  • Monitor the organization's security infrastructure for vulnerabilities, breaches, and anomalies.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and continuously improve security processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SIEM.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a cybersecurity team.
  • Expert proficiency in SIEM tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks.
  • Experience implementing security controls, threat intelligence, and incident response processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and security regulations.
