What You'll Do

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Associate with a strong background in graphic design to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing our social media strategy while leveraging your design skills to create visually compelling content. If you are passionate about both social media marketing and graphic design and have a knack for blending creativity with strategic thinking, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Content Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation:

• Design captivating graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Ensure all visual assets maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate key messages.
• Use graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to produce high-quality visuals.

Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:

• Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and nurture positive relationships with the community.

Social Media Advertising and Performance Analysis:

• Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and maintain brand integrity.
• Provide design expertise and support for various marketing initiatives, including print materials, email campaigns, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and graphic design.

What We'd Like You To Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Arts, or any related field.
• Passionate about marketing. Experience is a plus.
• Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools. (Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads)
• Possess strong skills in creating engaging content.
• Updated with both the social media trends and IT trends.
• Able to manage multiple social media platforms and innovate social media strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
