Role Summary
The Governance and Vendor Analyst is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with legal and regulatory mandates through effective policy management and vendor governance. This role develops and maintains company policies, responds to governance changes, and oversees vendor onboarding processes to mitigate operational risks and maintain compliance standards.

What Business Outcomes The Role Is Responsible For

  • Policy Development and Compliance: Create, update, and secure approval for clear and comprehensive company policies and procedures that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Governance Responsiveness: Monitor and respond promptly to changes in corporate governance, ensuring timely amendments and implementation of responsive actions to maintain compliance and reduce risk exposure.
  • Vendor Governance and Monitoring: Track and report requests for new outsourced service providers or vendors, and assist in reviewing onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Licensed Legal Professional: Holds an LLB or Juris Doctor degree and is a Philippine Bar passer.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrates ability to interpret and apply complex local and international laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Business Acumen and Precision: Understands operational models and risk landscapes while delivering accurate policy documentation and vendor onboarding processes that prevent compliance gaps and operational risks.
