Qualifications:

►Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Computer Science or any related course

►Preferably with at least six (6) months of related experience

►With experience in using SAP is an advantage

►Good verbal and written communication skills

►Detail oriented and organized

►Proficient in using Computer Applications (i.e., MS Office)

Job Description:

►Responsible for adding information of new materials, brand, and material groups in the system in coordination with Brand Management and Procurement Team

►Responsible for monitoring material code batching

►In-charge of updating information of items in the system (description, UOM, dimensions, extension details for all consign and outright outlets/clients)

►Ensure that there is no duplicate entries in the system

►Maintain and update pricelist/SRP per SKU in coordination with SCO / New Market team

►Coordinate pricing of items with Brand Management Team and update and maintain in the system

►Accountable for tagging of discontinued material

►In-charge of processing Customer Master Data Form for all new customers

►Maintain and update information of customers (Customer names, Address, Contact Information, TIN, Managing Agents, Terms, Profit Centers, etc.) in coordination of Sales Pillars and Accounting Department

►Maintain and update masterlist of Sales agent in the system; check on what pillar each agent is connected

►Maintain and update information of suppliers/vendors in coordination with Procurement, Brand Management, and Importation.

►Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
