We are looking for a full-time Assistant Merchandising Manager to support the Merchandising Manager in driving sales, improving store performance, and strengthening brand presence. The role covers product planning, inventory monitoring, vendor coordination, and visual merchandising, with a focus on aligning strategies with market trends and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies.
  • Support assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Help set up and maintain attractive visual displays.
  • Analyze sales performance to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
  • Knowledge of consignment and outright retail models is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and visual merchandising skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Must be based in Manila or willing to relocate to Binondo; immediate start preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
