We're Hiring: Merchandising Assistants

We're seeking detail-oriented and driven Merchandising Assistants to support our merchandising team in managing product assortments, inventory levels, and sales performance. This role includes daily product allocation, sales and inventory analysis, and support for online and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in allocating watches to retail locations to ensure balanced stock levels and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory and sales performance, and support the implementation of pricing strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to create reports on sales, inventory turnover, profitability, and market trends.
  • Stay informed on current watch trends and contribute to merchandising reports that guide business decisions.
  • Work closely with sales staff and customers to ensure accurate product knowledge and effective merchandise presentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in boutique, SM consignment, or department store merchandising is a plus.
  • Passionate about watches and the retail industry.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Must reside in Manila or be willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
