Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive documents from reporting crew including walk-in applicants

  • Check documents if correct/complete/valid

  • Advise on documents need renewal

  • Follow-up missing requirements

  • Assist in dispatch documentation

  • Assist in CMIS/Portal updates for new/additional information and documents, background checks, and Marina verification

  • Support the Crewing Operations and the Crewing Manager/s in planning and plotting of crew schedules and crew changes, including follow-up with relevant parties.

  • Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the seafarer/s, including air/ferry/land tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation etc…

  • Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents)

  • Assist on all crew issues.

  • Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.

  • Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.

  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

Working location: Cebu

Requirements:

Ø Willing to work at Cebu Branch

Ø Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Ø At least one (1) year administrative/clerical work experience.

Ø Experience in Visa handling is highly preferred

Ø Pleasant personality with good interpersonal relations.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Proactive, has initiative and well organized.

Ø Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
