About the role

Based in the vibrant Metro Manila area, this role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our fast-paced hospitality establishment. As a Service Crew, you will be the face of our business, responsible for providing a memorable dining experience to our valued guests.

• Sta. Rosa Laguna

Positions Available:

• Store Crew
• Kitchen Staff
• Warehouse Personnel

Qualifications: (Store Crew)

• At least College level/ Graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Willing to be assigned in any of the listed cities
• Male, preferably with pleasing personality, and willing to start Asap
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
• Complete Mandatory Gov. (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH AND TIN)

Qualifications: (Kitchen Staff)

• At least Senior High School Graduate/At least College Level of BSHM/or NCII Certificate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Willing to be assigned in any of the listed cities
• Male, preferably start ASAP
• Complete Mandatory Gov. (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH AND TIN)

Qualifications: (Warehouse Personnel)

• At least High School Graduate (Senior High Preferred)
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Physically fit to handle lifting, loading, and unloading tasks
• Willing to be assigned in any of the listed cities
• Male, preferably start ASAP
• Complete Mandatory Gov. (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH AND TIN)

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Organize displays and promotional items.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including shelves, counters, and storage area.
• Monitor suspicious activities to prevent theft or shoplifting.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Follow all food health and safety requirements.
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage.
• Unload deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare and pick items for dispatch.
• Check and inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
