The Broker Manager / Site Sales Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's broker network, ensuring that sales targets for the assigned site are met or exceeded. This role involves broker recruitment, training, motivation, site operations support, and close coordination with marketing and documentation teams to deliver excellent customer service and effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Broker Management:

  • Recruit and accredit new brokers and agents to promote the project.

  • Conduct orientation sessions and regular trainings to enhance broker product knowledge and selling skills.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brokers through consistent communication, support, and incentive programs.

  • Monitor broker performance and provide feedback, coaching, and recognition.

Sales and Site Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities at the project site.

  • Ensure that brokers and clients receive adequate assistance during trippings, site viewings, and reservation processes.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates on inventory, pricing, promos, and product details.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by generating sales through broker and direct channels.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in planning and implementing site-level marketing events, open houses, and promos.

  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure the availability of updated sales materials and collateral.

  • Promote the project through social media and network marketing channels as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure complete and accurate submission of client requirements.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, broker performance updates, and site traffic logs.

  • Address client and broker concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a broker or site-based role.

  • Strong network of licensed real estate brokers and salespersons is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-driven with strong leadership and motivational abilities.

  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work on weekends or holidays as required.
