Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Broker Manager based in Cebu. The Broker Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with brokers, driving sales performance, and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies. This includes coordinating with various teams, providing training and support to brokers, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in broker management, sales, and client relationship building
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or property development is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
