We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Plant HR Manager
to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions for our plant operations. This leadership role will partner closely with operations to ensure a highly engaged, compliant, and high-performing workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
  • Develop and implement engagement and retention programs tailored to plant workforce needs.
  • Oversee structured onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast staffing requirements and support workforce planning.
  • Drive career development, succession planning, and leadership training for plant supervisors and team leads.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive programs with accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on compensation structures and performance-based rewards.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, food industry compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and HR analytics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting.
