Job Description:

The Plant Room Team Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of plant room retrofit projects. This involves overseeing project planning, allocating resources, and maintaining high job site safety standards to meet contractual obligations for customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and manage project progress. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications
  • Knowledge of local and industry codes that regulate the HVAC industry
