About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team at MOF Company (Subic), Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a crucial part in the execution of our marketing campaigns and initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels
  • Support the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to help identify target audience insights and inform marketing decisions
  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining marketing calendars, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective content
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail
