Job Description:

  • Processing job orders/sales order and ensure stock allocation availability, delivery scheduling and other daily operation documentary requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly update sales for order status and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all orders are properly booked/documented
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business related course.
  • Good Interpersonal skills, team player and good ability to build relationships with internal clients.
  • With experience in booking or admin assistant clerical jobs is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Can work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgement
