Join Marlin Human Capital, an Australian recruitment firm, as we expand our offshore operations team. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our business

What You'll Do
  • Oversee scheduling for candidate and client interviews and internal meeting cadence
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action items and reminders for the broader team
  • Maintain ATS/CRM records to support process adherence, execute email campaigns and database coding activities
  • Manage contractor onboarding, aftercare and compliance
  • Maintain and document recruitment and office processes.
  • Support reporting, job-ad tracking, surveys, and pipeline maintenance.
  • Identify and implement automation or AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Contribute to direct marketing and market insights initiatives
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience providing admin support for remote teams in US, UK or ANZ markets
  • Familiarity with ATS / CRM technologies
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Note: This is not a front-end recruitment role and does not typically involve sourcing, interviewing, or client presentations — except when providing overflow support or as required. The focus is on operations, marketing, and process coordination, supporting the recruitment and business development teams behind the scenes. Candidates with only front-end or end-to-end recruitment experience (without exposure to operations administration or coordination, reporting, or marketing support) will not be considered for this role.
