Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (sales experience will also count)
  • Experience in handling software solution products
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Can work ONSITE (San Juan City office)
  • Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

a. Plans and carries out product strategies, including how to present the product in a way that makes it stand out in the market.

b. Reviews market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help guide product improvements and marketing plans.

c. Work closely with customers and sales team to gather and document product requirements then turn those needs into clear tasks for the product team.

d. Helps create training materials so both team members and clients can easily understand how the product works and what it offers.

e. Supports the sales team by preparing marketing materials and joining presentations to customers when needed.

f. Works with clients to agree on the right solutions, pricing, and terms for both sides.

g. Regularly updates the management team with reports on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

h. Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.

i. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and other relevant technology.

j. Deliver product sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
