Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate/Stockman to help manage our cloud kitchen's inventory. You will be in charge of receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing ingredients and supplies to make sure the kitchen runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving & Storing: Check and receive deliveries, confirm accuracy and quality, and store all items properly.
  • Inventory Tracking: Regularly update inventory levels using inventory software to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Ordering Supplies: Work with the Kitchen Head to identify needed supplies and place orders when stock is low.
  • Stock Rotation: Follow a "first in, first out" system to keep ingredients fresh and minimize waste.
  • Distribution: Ensure all kitchen stations have the ingredients and materials they need.
  • Compliance: Follow all food safety and storage regulations.
  • Reporting: Create regular inventory reports and alert management about any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with chefs, cooks, and other team members to support their needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a certification in inventory management is an advantage).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of inventory management experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food service setting.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or software.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and proper storage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to work in Malolos, Bulacan

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
