Job Summary:

The position is expected to render services on retail sales operational functions such as variance analysis, receiving of inventories, stockman, order preparation and assembly, packaging, merchandiser, store keeper, customer handling, and technician, depending on the store's requirements and work delegation of immediate head. Ensures that customers are attended promptly and courteously at all times. Acts as initial contact person in addressing customer inquiries, needs and complaints (i.e. promo clarifications, store services). Records and provides customer feedback report to immediate head and provides recommendations for an action plan.

Qualification:

• At least two (2) year college level with a course in Business Administration or Management
• At least two (2) years of experience in the same field / line of work; Preferably, with Store Crew and Sales background; Able to multi-skill, cashiering, stock management, variance handling, customer handling, etc.
