JOB DESCRIPTION

This position oversees hospital billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and patient support. Key responsibilities include:

Billing Management: Supervises daily billing activities, resolves process issues, and corrects accounting discrepancies.

Policy & Procedures: Develops and implements new billing policies, monitors patient balances, and manages financial evaluations for patients with financial challenges.

Patient & Department Coordination: Addresses patient concerns, coordinates with doctors and other departments, and handles collaterals/PDCs.

Team Leadership: Coaches and mentors team members, conducts performance evaluations, prepares monthly schedules, and promotes professional development.

Strategic & Administrative Duties: Participates in annual planning, represents the department in hospital meetings, and ensures smooth departmental operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree holder of Accounting or any Business/Finance-related course
  • At least 1-2 years of Supervisory experience in Billing
