We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Broker Network Associate. This pivotal role involves cultivating and managing relationships with real estate brokers, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the growth and success of our broker network.

Responsibilities:

  • To cultivate strong and lasting relationships with real estate brokers, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and support.
  • To assist Broker Network Head in onboarding new brokers and conducting training sessions on market trends and company processes.
  • To facilitate effective communication between brokers and internal teams, collaborating on marketing initiatives.
  • To monitor and analyze broker performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Communication, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the real estate industry
