About the role

Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time role based in Tarlac, where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  4. Troubleshooting issues and offering solutions to resolve customer problems
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Continuously improving your product and service knowledge to better assist customers

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
