DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

The Implementation Engineer with Associate Technical Account management is primarily responsible for the execution of the implementation project scope while acting as the point of contact during the project life cycle. The Implementation Engineer also serves as the first level of support for clients during the project life cycle, working with them in understanding their needs and recommending options and ideas. Secondarily, responsible for helping both the Sales and Marketing team, drive them to find, win, and renew customers on the specified region coverage. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with the Project Engineer in executing approved implementation plan and blueprint of the project.
  • Prepares and executives the following:
  • System-related configuration
  • Internal and External Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Project Live Run
  • Deploys project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle.
  • Conducts the following activity during the project life cycle:
  • Training of clients
  • Business Review
  • Configuration
  • Data Migration
  • Onsite and offsite assistance
  • Project updates
  • Ensures that the following documentations are in place:
  • Training Document
  • Business Process Requirement Documentation
  • Configuration Document
  • System Line-run Documentation
  • Project Closure
  • Minutes of the Meeting
  • Issue and Solution Logs
  • Provides ongoing support for customers during implementation.
  • Creates, modifies and releases ISO-related documents
  • Sales Support(presales)
  • To attend or Initiate communication with prospective customers, partners, and partner's customers and collate detailed information to determine their technical and business requirements.
  • To provide solution presentation and solution demonstration
  • To conduct PoC/PoV and create/fulfill ToR or the same for customers as necessary to complete the quote or proposal.
  • Create System Requirement Specifications or Technical Documentation as needed to fulfill the sales quotation or proposal.
  • Initiate, coordinate and escalate feedback and issue escalations to the TAM TL and or RTM with identified possible solutions.
  • Builds productive relationships across all levels of customers' business.
  • Be a Certified Professional on the assigned products/solution.

Qualifications:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/ KNOWLEDGE

Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least two (2) years of work experience in implementation
  • Must have a background on business processes standard practices.
  • Preferably has worked in companies belonging to the following industries:
  • Manufacturing
  • Distribution
  • Retail
  • Banking and Finance
  • BPO
  • Telecommunication
  • Utilities
  • Public Service
  • Ecommerce
  • Certification is an advantage but not required
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Amenable to do fieldwork in Visayas and Mindanao
  • Residing in Cebu
