HIRING – Implementation Consultant (Accounting Background)

Job brief:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting in the

day-to-day accounting, including recording journal entries, maintaining

the books and records, and performing account reconciliations in

support of the core accounting function of entities accounted for by

BlackLine.

Responsibilities:

The Implementation Consultant mainly provides solutioning and

consulting activities to clients, such as:

● Contribute to various aspects of the finance transformation journey

and identify the best solution for clients.

● Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to

methodology, tools, practices, and maturity.

● Study Accounting Automation software and all dependency

software

● Conduct demos and Proof of Concepts

● Responsible for achieving the project objectives

● Coordinate point for design, technical and application issues to

ensure an efficient and cost-effective approach to project

implementation

● Create processes and methods for gathering status reports and

providing an overall project status report

● Implement and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate

hardware, software, and programming technology

● Write and maintain system documentation

● Conduct proper training of all project personnel and end users

● Provide daily support to clients (Blackline Local Support)

● Conduct BlackLine Pre-sales presentation

Qualifications:

● Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in

Accountancy or related field.

● Knowledgeable in end-to-end accounting process

● Must be willing to provide solutioning and consulting

● BlackLine experience is a plus.

● Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation and ERP Softwares

● Proven experience in the related field is required for this position.

● Preferably with proven experience in Finance - General/Cost
