About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate
CRM Marketing Specialist
to join our team In this role, you'll manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing and event campaigns using CRM tools such as Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that engage our audience and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize
    eDM and event campaigns
    from concept to completion.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define campaign requirements, create briefs, and design customer journeys.

  • Handle all CRM setup tasks, including:

  • Audience segmentation and list extraction

  • Data upload, list maintenance, and governance

  • Develop campaign content such as emails, event pages, and web forms.

  • Generate tracking codes to monitor lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Schedule and deploy campaigns, including confirmation and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain campaign data accuracy and manage lead creation for events and webinars.
  • Track campaign analytics, report performance, and share insights with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience
    in marketing operations, creative production, or digital campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of
    email marketing
    and
    CRM automation tools
    (Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Basic knowledge of
    HTML
    for email customization and formatting
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
