We are looking for an Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience: Experience using CRM tools (PipeDrive preferred) and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to research, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management

  • Optimize and maintain accurate records within the PipeDrive CRM by updating contact details, company information, and lead statuses as identified.
  • Research and replace outdated contacts when individuals leave an organization to ensure list validity.

Email & Marketing Support

  • Update and maintain contact information in Constant Contact for accuracy.
  • Send daily outreach emails using pre-approved templates and messaging to prospects.
  • Respond to email inquiries and leads promptly following a defined workflow or response script.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly Constant Contact email campaigns, including resending follow-ups as needed.

Market & Contact Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain a designated vertical market (e.g., healthcare, home builders) to ensure contact lists remain organized, relevant, and segmented.

Sales Team Support

  • Schedule meetings, calls, or demos for the sales team as requested, managing their calendars and coordination.
  • Provide necessary administrative support for conferences, including pre-event preparation (materials, outreach) and post-event follow-up coordination.
