Finance Associates
to support our growing operations through accurate and timely financial processing.

Join our award-winning team and play a key role in ensuring sound financial practices across receivables, inventory, and other critical functions that fuel our business engine.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation

Monitor and reconcile inventory movements and support monthly stock reporting

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy

Support other Finance functions as assigned (e.g., payables, documentation, data entry)

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course

1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, inventory, or general accounting functions

Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

High attention to detail, time management, and sense of ownership

A team player with integrity, initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement
