About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Equicom Solutions Inc' as a Finance Associate. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the company's accounting and financial reporting needs. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain detailed records of financial transactions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial data and identify trends
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
