About the role

ES TRANSPORT INC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of architectural and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns
  • Ensure projects adhere to applicable industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex architectural and construction projects
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards
