Recruitment and Selection
Establish and nurture partnerships with recruitment vendors, professional associations, academic institutions, and other agencies to support talent sourcing efforts.
Conduct and lead intake meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the qualifications and requirements for assigned requisitions.
Facilitate recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
End-to-end / full spectrum recruitment cycle.
Performance Management
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans.
Counsels employees concerning professional/personal growth and development.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Employee Relations
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful workplace culture.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or disciplinary issues, following company policies and legal requirements.
Monitors employees with suspension schedule.
Attends labor case hearing at NLRC/DOLE/RTC, If necessary.
Compensation, Benefits, and Records Administration
Administers all related timekeeping processes to ensure compliance with payroll
processing.
Provides technical assistance in compensation reviews and implementation of wage
legislation.
Administers all government and company-initiated benefits such as HMO, Life Insurance, Incentives, Leave credits, etc.
Administers efficient and prompt provision of mandated statutory benefits and services.
Updates and reflects personnel records in the HRIS/Masterlist to reflect new hires, resignations, and changes in personnel information.
Regularly updates 201 files of employees.
Processes offboarding of employees and ensures that the required exit documents are complete and done timely.
Employee Care and Engagement
Identifying concerns and serving as the first point of contact between employees and corporate teams regarding Company initiatives, policies, and procedures and escalating issues to relative departments or leadership as required.
Propose activity ideas that will support the existing retention strategies being implemented in the engagement programs.
Monitor HR calendar and projects including status and change documentation.
