Job summary Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning Tuesday: Morning Wednesday: Morning Thursday: Morning Friday: Morning 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Implements various sourcing techniques to fulfill recruitment requirements. Assists with recruitment drives, trade tests, demonstrations, and other client-driven activities. Compiles and organizes applicant data and records. Assists in collecting documents from shortlisted candidates. Handles data encoding and other administrative tasks related to recruitment. Ensures exceptional service delivery to all candidates. Accurately prepares and submits recruitment and related reports on time. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in any field; Nursing graduates are highly preferred. 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in high-volume hiring. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and coordination skills. Effective oral and written communication abilities. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
