The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre-remind and overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Remind Accounts:

  • Monitor accounts that are nearing their due dates and proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming payments.
  • Send reminders via phone, email, and SMS to customers regarding their impending due dates.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements or extensions based on individual customer situations.
  • Educate customers on their payment options and available resources to avoid overdue status.
  • Document all communication accurately and update account statuses in the system.

Overdue Accounts:

  • Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and other communication channels to collect outstanding payments.
  • Assess the customer's financial situation and negotiate feasible payment plans, settlements, or full payments.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's collections policies, legal requirements, and best practices for overdue accounts.
  • Work with the collections team to escalate accounts to higher levels (e.g., legal, external collections) as necessary.
  • Resolve disputes and handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Record all interactions with clients in the system, ensuring accurate account notes and documentation.
